My name is Tobias Ljungvall. I am based outside Skellefteċ, a town in the north of Sweden. We have an airport here so if you need me for work elsewhere that is just fine.

In short, this is my background.

I have written editorials, news and feature articles, reports, and also a book about Belarus. As a desk officer of the Swedish security service I have done intelligence work.

I hold a B.A. with a major in political science. I have also taken courses in digital photography and TV production.

Swedish is my main working language. I am also comfortable drafting reports in English. My third working language is Russian.
